Delivery

Bi-weekly whole group learning programme

Face to face and online learning
6 x 2 hour sessions, over 3 months + follow up session at 2 months

Online monthly action learning groups facilitated by experienced leadership coaches in relevant areas.

Monthly independent action group learning tasks supported by a bespoke workbook.
