Digital Health: Learning evaluation and implementation guidelines development for Primary Care software solution

Working with a regional implementation programme to evaluate the journey and learning following 18 months of implementation work with GP TeamNet.
From this work implementation guidelines were produced to support the NHS national spread.

The need

This project was commissioned by the NHS
The aim of the project was to work closely with multiple GP practices to understand what works well and what doesn’t, in implementing GP TeamNet, and to develop an implementation guide to support spread of successful methods.

Our response

Developed a comprehensive learning guide that was disseminated regionally both as a report and graphically summarised learning aid (infographic). This continues to be shared to GP practices seeking to succeed with this technology, in the UK.

The learning from the project supported further significant funding into this regional innovation.
