Project5 National Wellbeing Service

National Wellbeing Coaching Service Creation

The rapid development of a full mental health service with a digital front door to support NHS staff's wellbeing at work initially in response to Covid 19 and its impact on NHS workers.
We are partnered with the NHS wellbeing taskforce and numerous other national sponsors.
Offering in excess of 4,000 sessions of support per week as of September 2020.

The need

At the outset of the Covid 19 pandemic Craig recognised the imminent need for a free, independent mental health and wellbeing support service for NHS frontline staff, who were coming under increasing mental and emotional pressure.

Our response

Craig and Cordet recruited volunteers from the many professional contacts they have made over their years working in the NHS, academia, the charity sector, and the business world.
Project5 grew rapidly with an army of volunteer coaches, administrators, marketeers, researchers and IT professionals.

Project5 works in partnership with the NHS to provide vital, free mental health and wellbeing support. Project5 aims to support NHS workers in all roles dealing with the current Covid 19 pandemic and to create a sustainable service for the future.
