What is 'Psychology 4 Life'?

Psychology has exploded as one of the most popular subjects in colleges and Universities, alongside many trending books bringing theories into our lives.

We are bringing similar themes to the community, as live workshops for those of you who are...

  • curious

  • enjoy learning

  • want to add strategies to life, that are science based

  • like to learn with others

How does it work?

  • Purchase a ticket below (£15), limited spaces.

  • Come to our 2 x hour workshop at Clayhidon Parish Hall.

  • Have fun & refreshments.

  • Enjoy learning & insights with others.

What should I expect?

We are Psychologists who deliver workshops internationally to charities, communities and organisations.

You don't need to know anything about Psychology, we just need you to be interested.

What you get...

  • engaging presentations on key theories.

  • activities for you and others to think about, in the room.

  • key learning takeaways.

  • social connections, with like minded people in the community.

It should feel fun, but also inspiring.

Here's the response of 150 GPs we workshopped recently:

How it relates to your life

We are very experienced in many specialist areas, and will craft our workshops around what the community want.

The first 2 themes

  • Psychology that aids our thinking about relationships

  • The power of building appreciation into your daily life (for personal, community and work lives).

In the future, we hope to empower you with knowledge in other areas:

  • Approaches to living with chronic health problems / supporting others.

  • Theories that help with career and work success.

  • The Psychology of behaviour change - losing weight / getting fit.

  • Mindfulness and its alternatives.

  • Recovery from abusive relationships (romantic, workplace, school etc).

and many more...

Knowledge is

power (& fun)
